Last weekend, I attended a 3-day workshop called 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲™ — and it wasn't your typical leadership training. With the frameworks and models, came space. Space to slow down, reflect, and really pay attention.

We explored how each of us is part of a system — and how do we each play our part so that the system stays healthy and allows all of us to thrive?

People used to be fighting to prove their idea, their point, their suggestion. I tend to have to chose one side finally & there were always a ‘winner’ and a ‘loser’.
