Sustainable Success: The Collective Advantage™ Program

SSCA created a space for each of us to ask our own questions and reflect on what we believe, as well as the ways of thinking and doing that have become familiar to us, and in doing so, recognize what may need to change.

What I remember most from the program is realizing that, to create meaningful change, sometimes the first thing that needs to change is not the circumstances around us, but the way we see and understand them. To step into a new journey, we need to be open enough to reflect on what has become familiar, willing to let go of ways of thinking and doing that may no longer serve us, and allow ourselves to embrace new possibilities.

I also came to realize that many challenges in both work and life cannot be fully understood from a single perspective or solved by one individual alone. By beginning to see things through a systems-thinking perspective, I gained a deeper understanding of the connections between people, decisions, actions, and the outcomes they create.

After the program, I want to bring these learnings back into both my work and my life: to listen more deeply, connect more meaningfully, ask more questions, see challenges more systemically, and work collectively toward creating more sustainable value.

For me, SSCA was much more than a three-day learning program. It was a journey to pause – look within – connect with those around me – and open myself to a new perspective for the journey ahead.
